Winning starts with attitude: I know I will win. My client soon learns that we will win, because we understand why we should. As the case moves forward the judge, prosecutor and ultimately the jury understand that we will win because we are right. A big difference between a lawyer who wins cases and other lawyers was summarized by Henry Ford: “Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right”. Since I’m experienced, knowledgeable criminal Lawyer, I have learned the cases and know the file. I’ve interviewed all the witnesses. Since I am on top of this case, we know it better than the prosecutor. With confidence and focus on the goal, we will win your case.

What people are saying about us:
“I Could Not Be Happier”
Gene Beaty first concerned me due to his quiet nature. I was completely wrong. I could not be happier with his representation. Gene is the kind of attorney that knows what he is doing and expects the client to become informed of the case. His relationship with the DAs commands respect and I feel that I benefited from his style, experience, and the firm direction he gave me. If you want an honest and respected attorney that charges a very fair (underpriced I feel) fee, Gene is my recommendation. I was a difficult client and gave Gene several opportunities and reasons to dump me. He assured me that I would do no better in court by seeking more expensive council. He was right. My case was pleaded with all the minimums given my BAC.
“Thank You Gene!”
I hired Mr. Beaty to represent me in a legal issue based on a recommendation from a friend. I found Mr. Beaty to be knowledgeable, honest and very easy to work with. I was very nervous about my legal situation, but Mr. Beaty put me at ease. He kept me informed thru the whole legal process and answered any questions I had in clear, easy to understand manner. He answered any and all phone calls or emails I had concerning my case. Mr. Beatty’s fees were VERY reasonable and up front. He was able to get my case resolved to my satisfaction! Should I ever need legal representation or advice again, I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Beaty again. I would also recommend him to anyone who needs an attorney. Thank you, Gene!
